Idaho Independent Bank announced the appointment of Angela Erickson as vice president and commercial loan officer at the bank’s Coeur d’Alene Branch.

Erickson has 25 years of banking experience, primarily in commercial lending with an emphasis in construction and builder banking. In her new role, Erickson will proactively manage and grow profitable customer relationships while developing a commercial and consumer lending portfolio. Her responsibilities will also include sales, business development, and community development programs.

Erickson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Idaho State University. She is on the Executive Board of the Idaho Building Contractors Association, an Idaho associate director on the national board for the National Association of Home Builders, and active in the North Idaho Building Contractors Association and Coeur d’Alene Kiwanis.

Coeur d’Alene Bancorp, the parent company of bankcda, announced its quarterly results for the second quarter 2016.

Coeur d’Alene Bancorp reported earnings of $104,779 or $.08 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2016, compared to a net loss of ($73,735) or ($.06) per share for the six months ended June 30, 2015. The results for 2016 include a one-time non-recurring pre-tax expense of $30,000.

Tangible book value per share increased to $7.53 compared to $7.51 from one year ago.

Total assets ended the quarter at $101.8 million compared to $96 million from one year ago which represents a 6.04 percent increase.

Gross loans grew 25.10 percent to $69.5 million as compared to $55.6 million from the prior year. Gross loans increased $784 thousand or 1.14 percent during the second quarter of 2016.

Total deposits ended the quarter at $88.9 million compared to $83.3 million from one year ago, a 6.72 percent increase.

All capital ratios continue to exceed regulatory minimums.
