Here is a recipe for a peanut butter/sesame seed bar that is easy to make and great to take on a hike. I brought it to a potluck the other day and it was a great hit. I told everyone to check the newspaper for the recipe.

Sesame Seed Squares

¼ cup honey

¾ cup non-hydrogenated peanut butter, creamy is best, but I used chunky in min

½ cup powdered milk

½ cup sesame seeds

½ to 1 cup coconut

Heat honey and peanut butter. Add powdered milk, coconut and seeds. Mix and pat into a square pan. Score into squares then refrigerate.
