LETTER: Thanks for new climbing rocks

The installation of the climbing rocks in Lawrence Park is a fine addition to our community.

If you go there, you might see climbers of all ages and skills all over those rocks. Once I counted 12 kids on the big rock at the same time.

All who contribute their time, work and money deserve a lot of credit, but one person needs to be singled out. He is Jandy Cox. He got the inspiration, then followed it by inspiring others to work and donate to make the project a success.

It just shows what one person can accomplish if the project is a good one and it enjoys the support of enough of the community.

To all who worked and contributed to the project, the Friends of Lawrence Park give hearty thanks.
