Our current administration is pushing to hurriedly bring 10,000 Syrian refugees to the United States. Concerns about jihadists entering our country by hiding among the refugees, the inability of refugees to assimilate, and the potential for the children of refugees to become radicalized are all deadly serious.

Plus, by encouraging Muslim refugee immigration, the administration is taking a page out of the Muslim Brotherhood playbook. Literally. The Muslim Brotherhood’s “Strategic Plan for North America” was discovered in 2004 and entered as evidence in the 2008 Holyland Foundation terror funding trial. Federal prosecutors identified 300 organizations as “unindicted co-conspirators,” including the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) and the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA). These organizations are Muslim Brotherhood front groups that have been operating in the United States for decades.

The Muslim Brotherhood’s stated goal is, “Enablement of Islam in North America…” which “…works to expand the observant Muslim base…” The Strategic Plan identifies “settlement” as a priority.

So let’s assume that our government can adequately vet all 10,000 Syrian refugees headed our way and none of them are terrorists or have jihadist sympathies. They come to America and settle in groups in places like Missoula, Montana. Let’s assume that 100 percent of these Syrian families find jobs, buy homes and join the PTA. This is exactly what the Muslim Brotherhood wants as “the observant Muslim base.”

The Syrian refugees are fleeing civil war, violence and oppression. They are not fleeing their religion. Once they get settled in, they will need a place to worship, a mosque. Since they are poor refugees, an organization such as the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) will provide financing (compatible with sharia law) and will hold the title to the real estate, mosque, community center, etc. Coincidentally, NAIT is also a one-stop shop for Islamic books, literature, CDs and DVDs. It is not a stretch to assume that they may also wield some influence in the selection of an imam and other Islamic speakers.

Should anyone dare to object to any of this, CAIR will jump in (as we have seen in the Daily Inter Lake) with intimidation and insults.

According to the Muslim Brotherhood’s Strategic Plan, “The process of settlement is a ‘Civilization-Jihadist Process’... The Ikhwan [Muslim Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers…”

Amazingly, the “co-conspirator” Muslim Brotherhood front groups continue with their “Civilization-Jihadist Process” to this day. In 2011, Attorney General Eric Holder’s Department of Justice filed declinations to prosecute for most of the co-conspirators including CAIR, NAIT and ISNA. Further investigation was scuttled, essentially letting them all off the hook.

So it has continued, unabated.

The North American Islamic Trust is a subsidiary of the Islamic Society of North America. Together they have controlled terror-connected mosques such as the controversial Dar Al Hijrah Islamic Center in Virginia, where Anwar al-Awlaki was an Imam; the Islamic Society of Boston, where a dozen terrorists worshipped including the 2013 Boston Marathon bombers; the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix, where worshippers included two ISIS inspired terrorists who attacked an event in the Dallas area in 2015; and the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga, which spawned a jihadist who attacked two U.S. military sites in Chattanooga, Tennessee, in 2015. After each jihadist attack, CAIR responded quickly with its warnings against bigotry and Islamophobia.

How do we stop the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Civilization-Jihadist Process?” For starters, we can prevent Syrian refugees from establishing (or reinforcing) an “observant Muslim base” here in Western Montana or, for that matter, anywhere else in the United States.
