The format will be like we did back in the 1960’s, where we had one coach for 75 kids. The kids do all the umpiring and managing. The kids do all the pitching. Kids hit all the grounders and fly balls. For leadership and sportsmanship, the kids get to play and learn all the positions. If we get more than 75 kids we will get another coach. We will divide up teams many times and ways: by skill level, by age, by sex, by neighborhood. We will play both softball and baseball; boys with girls and boys against girls. By keeping our eyes close to the ball and sliding feet first, we will learn the safest and best way to play.
