The respite center will be staffed by Red Cross members at Faith Free Lutheran Church, 405 Liberty Street, Kalispell. People will be able to get information on and be connected to resources offered in the community for longer-term assistance such as Neighbors in Need.

The respite center will be open on a day-by-day basis depending on need.

Anyone impacted by the fire can also call a toll-free number to request assistance at 1-800-272-6668.

The Red Cross cannot accept in-kind donations, but those who want to help their neighbors can go to redcross.org/montana or call 1-800-272-6668 to make a financial contribution.
