Chantell White, Danny Moering and Alden Deines are individuals with divergent backgrounds. Yet they have one very important thing in common — they’re working hard when nobody’s looking.

The trio recently joined the Coeur d’Alene Press Advertising sales team.

“Chantell, Danny and Alden would burn the midnight oil, but we don’t use candles any more and it probably violates a dozen fire codes,” said Kari Packer, Coeur d’Alene Press sales manager. “I think our business community is going to love them because they’re smart, they listen and they go the extra mile.”

Chantell White

White started working in the business office in 2013 and worked her way up into sales. She specializes in finding marketing solutions for businesses who want to tell their stories.

“The best thing about my job is connecting the customers with the right products and meeting their needs,” said White. “It’s more than just selling an ad; I am helping build their business.”

White has four children. She and her husband live in North Idaho. She volunteers weekly with several local nonprofits.

“I care about this community and the people who live here,” she said. “As a Christian, I think it’s important to serve those who need it most.”

Alden Deines

Alden Deines is revving to go. He has nearly 40 years working in the automotive industry. He most recently served as district manager of Sears Automotive, overseeing 13 stores in five states.

“I am a fixer,” said Deines. “I’ve always believed in exceeding the customer’s expectations by understanding their needs and going the extra mile.”

Deines, 55, and his wife have lived in Post Falls since 1996.

“My values are very high,” he said. “I believe integrity and honesty are keys to any business. I believe in doing the right thing no matter what.”

Danny Moering

Moering comes to the Coeur d’Alene Press from the financial industry and has 13 years working in banking. He worked the last seven years as a manager with US Bank.

“I loved my time in banking; it’s a great profession, but I’m very excited about this new opportunity,” he said. “I love working with people and helping them grow their business.”

The Coeur d’Alene native and his wife, Tonya, are raising their three children in Coeur d’Alene. He graduated from Lake City High School.

Moering, 33, is a rabid Gonzaga University basketball fan.

“Sales and basketball have a lot in common,” said Moering. “You have to find the right pieces of the puzzle and make them mesh to win. It’s not just selling, it’s much more than that. I am excited about our products and being able to align them with our customers.”

White, Moering and Deines all have high expectations for themselves and are dedicated to succeeding at the Press.

“We’ve built an amazing sales team,” said Packer. “It’s by far the best we have ever had. Chantell, Danny and Alden have unique gifts that will help our customers succeed.”
