Stolen car leads to Coeur d'Alene drug bust

A vehicle reported stolen led to the drug-related arrests of three people from Montana Tuesday in Coeur d’Alene.

As the vehicle traveled on Interstate 90 east of Coeur d’Alene, troopers identified it as reported stolen in Montana, according to Idaho State Police.

They stopped the vehicle at the Mobil station on Sherman Avenue.

With the assistance of the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office and the Coeur d’Alene Police Department, ISP arrested all three occupants of the vehicle without incident.

Ryan S. Drollinger, 40, of Kalispell, is facing charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of paraphernalia.

Timothy J. Cheney, 31, of Columbia Falls is accused of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of paraphernalia.

Sarah S. Reed, 33, of Kalispell is facing charges of trafficking methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and possession of paraphernalia.

Reed was also charged as a fugitive from justice for an outstanding felony warrant in Montana.
