LAW ROUNDUP: Son might have some explaining to do for warrant

A woman called Columbia Falls Police from Sixth Street West after her son got stopped in her other son’s vehicle. The officer told the driver that the 18-year-old registered owner of the vehicle had a warrant out for his arrest. The mother wanted to know what the 18-year-old had gotten into trouble for.
Parties were counseled after a woman called from Fifth Avenue West saying that a 15-year-old girl was acting crazy, sitting on a curb crying and screaming. An officer found that the home had a history of simlar disturbances. All was calm by the time the officer left.
A hospital worker called Whitefish Police and said all was OK after she found out that a patient had been going around and dialing from different phones.
An officer determined that a utility trailer was improperly parked on Pine Place and that he would issue a ticket if the owner did not fix the problem. The trailer was blocking a fire hydrant and mailboxes.
Kalispell Police took a report from a person on Fifth Avenue East who had sold a vehicle to someone who stopped making payments in December and allegedly moved to Bozeman. The owner wanted the vehicle reported stolen.
A man went to a medical clinic and allegedly became upset that he had to wait to see a doctor. He allegedly began throwing a temper tantrum, yelling and screaming. He left of his own accord, before an officer arrived.
A landlord on Willow Glen Drive reported that a tenant’s mother had threatened him with a screwdriver. The tenant was moving out.
A person flagged down an officer and a woman was taken into custody for mental health problems after an individual talked to dispatchers from a location off Eighth Avenue East claiming that there was a “sex ring” going on at a neighbor’s home. Another person got on the phone and said that the woman had psychological issues.
A man was told to leave a Ponderosa Street residence after a woman said that the two used to be friends, before he stalked her. The woman was upset because the man had spent three hours at her home. The woman was told she could call back if she needed further assistance.
Flathead County Sheriff’s Office was told about a transient camp that popped up behind the green box dump site in Lakeside.
A man reported that his father had been in the hospital when burglars broke into his residence. A laptop and debit card were missing.
A Coram building’s window was broken into and bottles of alcohol and a computer were taken.
A man reported that 100 pills were stolen from a truck parked on Circle Drive in Columbia Falls.
