The 2016 Montana Society for Human Resource Management state conference will be held May 4-6 at the Red Lion Hotel in Kalispell.
The conference is an annual event that brings together professionals, executives and scholars from all industries that strive for excellence in human resources. It provides an opportunity to learn and discuss a multitude of human resource topics and issues that currently impact managers, leaders and the work force. Conference attendees will be able to share ideas and learn from the real-world experiences of experts, practitioners and solutions providers.
“This is such a fun event to not only plan, but also attend as this is the one time each year that HR-focused people are able to get together. The networking and relationship building is just awesome to see,” said Michelle Cohens, conference coordinator.
The theme this year is “HR is a Beach, Indulge in Beach Therapy.”
The conference has become the leading annual conference for Montana human resource and business professionals. The goal is to offer knowledgeable, dynamic speakers and to foster a learning environment conducive to exchanging ideas and information. This conference will also provide an ideal environment to develop new collaborations and meet experts on the fundamentals, applications and products available as resources.
Conference topics will feature experts on a wide variety of human resources related topics such as creating organization excitement, employee relations and Americans with Disabilities Act.
Registration is available online at montana.shrm.org/montana-conference with early-bird pricing available until April 1.
