Fumi Hara, 84, Moses Lake resident, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2016 at home. Viewing will be held from noon to 5 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2016 and Tuesday, March 29 from 10 a.m. to noon at Kayser’s Chapel.
