FVCC now accepting applications to Summer Experience program

Flathead Valley Community College is accepting applications from high school students for the opportunity to earn college credits over the summer.
Students entering their junior or senior year this fall may earn up to four college credits through the college’s Summer Experience program. Students will also have opportunities to explore career options, participate in intramural activities or engage in service learning projects.
Available courses include: American History, College Writing, Introduction to Interpersonal Communications, Introduction to Psychology, Medical Terminology and Programming with Java I.
Classes will run Monday through Wednesday, July 5 through August 3. Morning classes begin at 8:15 a.m. or 9 a.m. and afternoon activities conclude at 1:15 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
Each student will receive a free textbook and T-shirt.
Space is limited and the priority deadline to apply is April 27.
Applications are available from high school guidance counselors, the college admissions office in Blake Hall or online at www.fvcc.edu/summerexperience.
