A Meadowlark Lane resident called the Whitefish Police Department because she was concerned about her neighbors. The caller said the neighbor’s house had lights on and an open garage door, but no one seemed to be around. Officers visited the house in question, and found all the doors and windows were secure and no vehicles were on the property or in the garage. Officers reported that nothing appeared out of order, and concluded the neighbors simply weren’t home.

A Central Avenue employee told police there were two men on the roof of the building who didn’t have permission to be there. The caller was the only employee there at the time and was nervous about leaving alone. Extra patrols were done at the building and in the area, but nothing suspicious and no suspects were found.

An employee of a U.S. 93 South business called police to report a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot that had been running for a long time. The employee did not feel comfortable approaching the vehicle, and requested help. Officers found a man sleeping in the vehicle.
