A transient man has been arrested for felony failure to register as a sex offender after he was investigated for indecent exposure in Kalispell.

Tommy Dylan, 57, was jailed on Friday after authorities say that he went three months without registering as a sex offender as required by state law.

According to court documents, Dylan was the subject of an indecent exposure investigation by the Kalispell Police Department on Oct. 3, 2015. While Dylan was not charged in the incident, the investigating officer found that Dylan was required to register as a sex offender because of multiple felony convictions for indecent exposure in Oregon.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice’s database, Dylan’s most recent conviction was in 2010 and involved a victim who was in her 50s.

Dylan was ordered to register as a sex offender once per month because he was a transient, but after initially checking in with Kalispell Police on Oct. 5, he allegedly failed to give subsequent information about where he had been staying.

Dylan remained jailed Tuesday with bail set at $10,000. He is set to be arraigned on May 5 before Flathead District Judge David Ortley.

According to the national registry, Dylan also goes by the aliases Mike Odell, Mickey Ramone, Tommy Walker, Ted Williams, Michael Lloyd Odell, Mick Dil and Michael Thomas Odell.
