Fundraiser
There will be a potluck lunch and auction fundraiser for Alberton resident Terry Lommen on May 7. The lunch will begin at noon and silent auction at 2 until 4 p.m. at the Alberton Community Center. Terry is in need of living expenses while he deals with terminal liver cancer. Donations are welcome. Contact Amy Lommen at 406-207-4020 or Alberton Feed and Supply at 722-1200.
ARMED FORCES DAY
The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) will be holding a special pig roast lunch and ceremony for Mineral County Vets on Armed Forces Day, April 21. Lunch begins at 1 p.m. at Superior High School. This event is free and open to the public. Vets and their guests are encouraged to RSVP to Mary Jo Berry at 822-2213.
Fundraiser
There will be a spaghetti feed and auction fundraiser for Superior resident Kathie Barker on May 14, from 4 to 8 p.m., at the Old School in Superior. Kathie is a cook for the Superior Senior Center and has been diagnosed with cancer.

HEALTH FAIR
Mineral County Hospital is hosting a Health Fair on Saturday, May 21 from 9 a.m. until noon at the Superior Elementary School Gym.

WILDLIFE WORKSHOPS
The Ninemile Workgroup will be holding wildlife workshops at the Alberton Senior Center in May. Learn about bees, animal calls, and birdwatching. Information at ninemilewildlife.org.
