COLUMBIA FALLS — Peyton Kehr homered for the fourth time this season, KJ Schweikert tossed a three-inning no-hitter and Kerry Lanners drove in four runs as Columbia Falls (9-5 overall, 2-1 Northwestern A) crushed Whitefish 15-0 in a softball game shortened by the 10-run rule.
Kehr’s round-tripper was to left field in the first inning. She has nine for her career.
Kehr, Sydney Hovde, Lanners, Hannah Freeman and Schweikert all went 2 for 3 as the Wildkats banged out 12 hits.
Schweikert fanned four batters and walked one.
