Washington Avenue; and Gary Scarberry, 53, of Priest River, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Deputies responded to the Gold Mountain Drive area in Sagle for an information report at 12:38 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 5300 block of Highway 2 in Priest River at 2:16 a.m.

Deputies responded to the Hope Peninsula for an alarm on Kienholz Drive at 1:31 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

May 4

A follow-up report was taken on Juniper Drive at 11:30 a.m.

An officer answered questions regarding a non-reportable collision in the area of S. Division Avenue and Highway 2 at 11:39 a.m.

A non-injury bicycle-versus-vehicle collision was reported in the area of S. Ella Avenue and Highway 2 at 1:24 p.m.

A theft of prescription medicine was reported in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:42 p.m.

Fraudulent use of an ATM card was reported in the 200 block of Church Street at 2:11 p.m.

An officer advised law enforcement assistance was no longer requested or needed in the 2300 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 2:05 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be lying in the grass in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Creektop Lane at 2:55 p.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted the county with a wanted subject in the 500 block of W. Lake Street at 3:10 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a male reported to be walking on the bridge railing on Bridge Street at 3:32 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle in the parking lot with a dog locked inside in the Pine Street area at 3:29 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate an unleashed dog in the park on Ontario Street at 3:42 p.m.

A report of possible harassment in the 1500 block of Pine Street was cleared as unfounded at 5:22 p.m.

Employees accidentally set off the alarm in the 200 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 5:36 p.m.

After a welfare check request at 6:06 p.m., officers checked on a female in the 900 block of Ridley Village Road and advised she was fine.

An unknown male returned a small barbecue when confronted by the owner in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue after a complaint of theft at 6:06 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 8:18 p.m.

Officers and EMS personnel attended to a female passed out in a restroom stall in the area of Third and Oak at 8:25 p.m.; she was later released.

An officer was unable to locate a possibly intoxicated map reported to be walking in the roadway in the 10000 block of Baldy Mountain Road at 8:52 p.m.

Verbal threats were reported in the 200 block in S. Division Avenue at 10:15 p.m.

May 5

An unattended death was reported in the 700 block of N. Division Avenue at 2:09 a.m.

Officers located an unattended radio in a truck bed in the 1600 block of Larch Street and turned it off after a complaint of disturbing the peace at 5:03 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

May 4

William R Spade, 32, of Sandpoint was cited on a charge of petit theft in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 1:15 p.m.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 300 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 5:36 p.m.

William E. Hoygaard, 26, of Sandpoint was cited in the 477000 block of Highway 95 at 5:39 p.m. on a charge of theft.
