MINUTES FOR THE BONNER COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS' MEETING April 19, 2016 ROAD AND BRIDGE - Awarded the Colburn Culver Asphalt Overlay Contract to Wood's Crushing and Hauling, Inc. for the unit prices listed on the Bid Submittal Form as recommended by the Road and Bridge Department for a total amount of $728,356.50 and authorized the Road & Bridge Department to proceed with the contract. Awarded the 2016 Liquid Asphalt Contract for CRS-2 and CMS-2P oil grades to Western States Asphalt, Inc. for the unit prices listed on their Quote Submittal Form for a total amount of $521,000.00 and authorized the Road & Bridge Department to move forward with the contracts and revise quantities as work requires or budgets allow. Awarded the 2016 Magnesium Chloride Contract to Roadwise, Inc. for the unit prices listed on their Bid Submittal Form and authorized the Road & Bridge Department to move forward with the contract. Idaho Housing & Finance Association Notice of 2016 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant Application & CHDO Certification Application Deadline IHFA is accepting application from community-based, non-profit, affordable housing development organizations in Idaho seeking IHFA's CHDO certification in order to apply for a 2016 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant. CHDO definition is found at CFR 92.2. Requirements for IHFA CHDOs are found in the 2016 HOME Administrative Plan, Chapter 5. Only CHDOs certified under this notice are eligible to apply for a 2016 CHDO Operating Assistance Grant when it becomes available from HUD. Individual grants will not exceed $50,000. Applications for the operating assistance grant will be competitively scored.
