SECRETARY TO PARTS UNKNOWN
A.H. Dyer, recently appointed secretary of the Development League, and who for the past two months was working in the preparation of the development edition of the Review is missing and there are several parties, both here and in Spokane, who would like to know his whereabouts. Worst of all, his departure was an abandonment of his wife, who is in delicate health and now left here without means of support.
If is noteworthy that during their stay in the city neither Dyer nor his wife have given any details as to where they came from to this city.
