We are, too. The newsroom is full of stuffed reporters, editors and photographers, thanks to Domino's Pizza. (Domino's did not pay for this mini-ad. We bought the pizza, eight pies, because it's tasty and because we like Jim Hightower.)

Early unofficial reports are that turnout was low today. Not good. That's what the Grand Old Party in Idaho wanted when it closed elections a couple years ago. We'll see how it works out for everyone.

As today's paper indicated, we don't expect to have final Kootenai County numbers in time for print subscribers, but I'll be here, typing away and cackling madly as long as it takes tonight/tomorrow morning to feed your election cravings.
