REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Idaho's HUD-CPD Affordable Housing and Community Development Programs Idaho Housing and Finance Association and the Idaho Department of Commerce (IDC) are the State Grantees for the following HUD-CPD programs: Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, Community Development Block Grant and the Federal Housing Trust Fund. 2016 Bonner County EMS Multi-Use Facility Bonner County, Idaho NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - CHANGE IN BID OPENING DATE Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the Bonner County Commissioners on or before the 23rd of May, 2016 until the hour of 9:30 a.m. for the 2016 Bonner County EMS Multi-Use Facility. The project generally consists of the following: Base Bid: Construction of a new EMS / Multi-Use Facility with four main components: 1) New training facility for use by multiple county departments that includes a separate kitchen, restrooms, storage, IT room and an office for the coordinator; 2) New EMS station with living quarters for three employees, restrooms w/ showers, kitchen, dining area and a living room. The apparatus bay will house all of the vehicles, equipment and necessities for day to day operation; 3) Site work - there will be a considerable amount of site prep needed for the location of the new building. This will include all utilities and infrastructure needed to serve the facility; 4) ITD has required new turn lanes for the facility and this work should be included in the bid. This project will abide by Idaho Code 67-2805/Category A and will be in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
