Three cheers to the Kootenai County Elections Office for its outstanding work Tuesday night. The print edition of the Wednesday Press has final results because of that stout work, and a certain bald editor will get more sleep than he expected.
If there's room for gloom, it's this: Only 22.61 percent of registered voters bothered to cast ballots.
