Columbia Falls senior Emily Getts remained undefeated for the regular season in girls tennis, but Polson’s Marlee Congdon gave her a great match.

Getts downed Congdon 2-6, 6-2, 7-5. It was the first time this year Getts had to make up a deficit.

Other than Getts, the team didn’t have much success against the Pirates, losing 6-1. The boys were also blanked 7-0. The boys have only managed to win a couple of matches this season.

The divisional tournament starts Thursday in Kalispell.

The state tournament is in Livingston and in Bozeman.
