ROYAL CITY — Pete Christensen was the first player to be atop the Thursday Night Men’s League at the Royal Golf Course during the sixth week of play.

The best gross score of the week was turned in by Patrick Dorsing with 75. The lowest net score was a 67 by Ray Valle.

Christensen is atop standings with 43.00 player points. Shawn Vetterick has 42.5. Six players are within seven points of the league.
