Solutions for managing a stressful life will be explored at Lifetree Café at noon Monday, Nov. 14.

The program, titled, “Lighten Up! De-stress and Lift Your Spirits,” offers practical suggestions for coping with and reducing stress while living healthier, happier lives. Participants will also see an exclusive screening of Dream Job, an independent short film.

“This is a program for anyone who’s stressed out,” says Lifetree representative Craig Cable. “Finances, relationships, jobs — they can all drive us crazy if we don’t find ways to handle the stress.”

Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at Kokanee Coffee, 509 N. Fifth, Sandpoint.

Lifetree Café is a place where people gather for conversation about life and faith in a casual, comfortable setting. Questions about Lifetree may be directed to Angela Reese at 208-597-7831.
