Travis Plantiko, 36, of Rexford, pleaded guilty to one felony count of criminal possession of dangerous drugs on Monday in District Court.

A felony burglary charge was dismissed as part of a plea agreement, public defender Ryan Peabody said.

The plea agreement calls for five years of prison time with credit for time served.

Sentencing is set for Dec. 5.

In court, Plantiko said he had Oxycodone and Hydrocodone without a prescription on July 18.

His probation violation case was continued to Dec. 5.
