It was a birthday of all birthdays as the family of Berniece Gilmore held an open house to celebrate her 90th birthday on July 24, 2016.

Her immediate family and spouses, grandchildren and great-granchildren as well as friends spent the afternoon together sharing so many memories, so much love and viewing many pictures of Berniece’s past life.

Those family members in attendance were her son, Michael; her son, Geoffrey of Portland, Ore; her daughter, Terry and husband Ken Pierce of Puyallup, Wash.; her daughter, Dawn and husband Lonnie Papineau of Coeur d’Alene; her grandchildren, Katlyn Carter, Braden and Brianna Peterson, Meghan Pierce, Jenna and Michael Pedersen, and Brett Papineau. Five grandsons were unable to attend. The great-grandsons are Kayden Lawson, Statton and Deacon Carter and Everett Pierce. A special son-in-law, Barry Peterson, drove up from Oakley, Idaho, for the day.

The family spent the event hours at City Beach enjoying some late sunshine, snacks and swimming.
