NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE (Adult) Case No. CV16-1007 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER IN RE:MEADE LEWIS HIATT A Petition to change the name of MEADE LEWIS HIATT, now residing in the City of PRIEST RIVER, State of Idaho, has been filed in the District Court in Bonner County, Idaho. The name will change to LEWIS MEADE HIATT. The reason for the change in name is: that he has been known as LEWIS MEADE HIATT since he was in fourth grade at approximately 9 or 10 years of age. A hearing on the Petition is scheduled for 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day of October at the Bonner County Courthouse.
