Mercier had assault, disorderly conduct convictions

The 42-year-old man charged with deliberate homicide in the death of 30-year-old Sheena Rose Devine had assault and disorderly conduct convictions  from earlier this year.

Trevor Joseph Mercier appealed those convictions on Sept. 2.

A no-contact order against Mercier was dismissed on March 18.
