Roy M Rardon, 60, of Ponderay was arrested in the 1200 block of Fontaine Drive on an outstanding felony warrant, and on charges of possession of marijuana less than 3 ounces, and possession of paraphernalia with intent to use at 9:01 p.m.

Officer responded to the area of Kootenai Cutoff Road in reference to a welfare check at 10:33 p.m.
