Wounded man reports pistol stolen

The Kalispell Police Department on Saturday received a report of a man who allegedly jumped in front of a driver on West Reserve Drive. The driver told dispatch the man was bleeding from an ice pick or knife wound on his left hand and was saying that he needed a ride to a store because someone had just stolen his pistol. The man and a woman, who the caller said was “obviously on something,” were trying to get their own vehicle started on the side of the road when the man leapt in the road to get the caller’s attention.
A Kalispell man on Saturday noticed someone had broken his vehicle door open and taken a firearm from the vehicle.
Someone called dispatch to report a man working at a restaurant in north Kalispell who was allegedly strung out on meth. The caller said they had been told to report the employee by an employee at a different store. Dispatch told the caller that there were not any criminal proceedings in action, so this would have to be resolved between the two stores.
A man suspected of selling stolen makeup was seen going car to car in an attempt to get rid of the allegedly stolen goods.
Kalispell police broke up a house party in Kalispell’s west side.
Someone’s motorized bicycle was stolen on Saturday.

A driver reported two kids had pulled a gun on him when the caller pulled over to let the car, which was tailgating him, pass.
