MOSES LAKE — Three people were arrested early Thursday morning in connection with a narcotics investigation that led police to conduct a search warrant at a Moses Lake residence.
About 5 a.m. the Moses Lake Regional Tactical Response Team (TRT) served the search warrant at a residence in the 4300 block of Miller Drive Northeast. The warrant was reportedly stemmed from an investigation by the Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (INET), according to Moses Lake police on Thursday.
As TRT members entered the residence they were reportedly charged by a female pit bull and a TRT member was forced to shoot and kill the animal. INET detectives searched the house after it was secured by TRT members and reportedly located heroin and drug paraphernalia.
