The sheriff's office has not officially released the names of the suspects taken into custody Friday in connection with the Bo Kirk murder investigation.

But Kootenai County jail records show a likely suspect.

David Earl Hutto, 44,  was arrested at 7 p.m. Friday and booked into the jail around 1:30 this morning on suspicion of second-degree murder.

Hutto's residence and arrest location are listed as 1319 Miles Avenue, the site of heavy law enforcement activity on Friday. The sheriff's office used social media shortly before 4 p.m. to alert citizens the section of E. Miles would be closed and they should avoid the area.

The sheriff's office is planning to release additional information later today and would not release a booking photo of Hutto at this time.
