Kootenai Hospital District 2003 Kootenai Health Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814 REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION OF PRIME CONTRACTORS (GC'S), FOR THE KOOTENAI HEALTH Kootenai Hospital District in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho is inviting all interested Prime Contractors (General Contractors) to respond to this request for prequalification (RFQ) for 2016 & 2017 Kootenai Health Kootenai Clinics and outbuildings. These projects are specific to Kootenai Health and will be performed in Clinics, outbuildings, office buildings and inpatient nursing units.
