Wildcat boys soccer settled for a 2-2 draw Saturday in a tough nonconference match at Livingston.

The Cats briefly held a 2-1 advantage in the second half after Logan Stephens tallied in the 50th minute, quickly followed by another score from Jon Sigurdsson in the 55th.

Livingston responded in the 59th minute when Kelton Madded booted in his second goal of the game to tie it up.

Goalkeeper Brandon Karberg had nine saves for the Cats in the draw.

In a 6-3 loss Friday at Belgrade, the Wildcats sprinted out to a 2-0 advantage on a pair of Stephens’ goals. The first came at the 3 minute mark, and his second at 13 minutes.

Belgrade answered with fury, rattling off six consecutive scores led by a hat trick from Jeffrey DeBuse.

Jakob Grein hit the net in the final minutes to add to the Cats scoring.

The boys play at Whitefish on Thursday at Smith Fields, then host Polson on Saturday.
