COEUR d’ALENE — Gabe Nazemi had a goal and an assist to spark the Coeur d’Alene offense in the second half, helping the Vikings beat the Lewiston Bengals 3-0 in a 5A Inland Empire League match at Coeur d’Alene High.
“We came out a little slow, but I liked how we played in the second half,” Coeur d’Alene coach Jeff Lake said. “Even though it’s a 3-0 win, it’s still not good enough. It’s nice to win the game and I liked how we rebounded after dragging in the first half.”
