The Idaho Associated General Contractors announced its endorsement of Paul Amador in the race for House Seat 4B.
Amador, a Republican, beat incumbent Kathy Sims in the primary and will face Democrat Tom Hearn in the Nov. 8 election.
“Paul Amador has made education and job creation the top priorities in his campaign,” said Idaho AGC Past-President Paul Franz, general manager at Coeur d’Alene-based Interstate Concrete and Asphalt. “These are both very important to the construction industry and all of Idaho. We believe Paul Amador is the right candidate to take this positive message to Boise.”
Founded in 1934, the Idaho AGC is the state’s largest commercial construction trade association with members in all of Idaho’s 44 counties.
