Wynona Rose Sheck, 94, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Hospice of North Idaho.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2016, at Grandview Cemetery in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.

Wynona was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Browning, Mont., to Rosa and Everett. She lived most of her life in northern Idaho including Coeur d’Alene, St. Maries and Bonners Ferry.

Wynona was a wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Her life was filled with the people and things she loved. She loved animals and enjoyed working puzzles and playing cards. Her long life was a testament to her enduring spirit. She will be missed but not soon forgotten.

Wynona is survived by her three sons by marriage, Ken Sheck, Jim Sheck and Dan Sheck, and each of their families.

Wynona was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Warren H. Sheck; and her sons, Bill Croff and Ben Croff.
