A structure fire destroyed a mobile home at a residential park on Montana 35 near Evergreen on Sunday afternoon.
Evergreen Fire and Rescue responded to the call at 2:30 p.m. Sunday to find the residence engulfed in flames, according to Chief Craig Williams.
No residents or pets were home at the time, and Williams said no injuries resulted from the blaze.
With the aid of the Kalispell Fire Department, firefighters were able to knock down the fire quickly, though the structure could not be saved.
Williams said the residents were able to get assistance from friends and family afterward, and no further assistance from the American Red Cross or other agencies was required.
The cause and origin of the fire are still under investigation.
