Rapids soccer off to hot start

Two Flathead Rapids youth soccer teams, the U14 Boys and U14 Girls, competed over the weekend.

The girls played a U15 team, Ravalli United, and the U16 Stevensville Sabres, pitching 7-0 and 4-0 shutouts in dominant performances.

The boys also grabbed two big wins. Against Wildhorse YSA the Rapids won 8-0, and also emerged victorious in a close 6-4 match against Stevensville.

The Rapids won the weekend’s matches with a combined score of 25-4.
