NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on April 26, 2017, at 10:30 a.m., the Idaho Housing and Finance Association ("IHFA") will conduct a public hearing at 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, Idaho, 4th Floor Conference Room, regarding IHFA's Multi-family Mortgage Revenue Note (Hudson Way Project), for the issuance of tax exempt note in an aggregate amount of up to $9,500,000 (the "IHFA Note") with the proceeds of such IHFA Note to be used to provide financing for the construction of an apartment complex located in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Hudson Way consists of 85 units that are reserved for low income residents and is located at East Lee Court and West Appleway Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. The apartment complex also includes a community center, laundry room, computer/business lab, a work-out room and free storage units. Units will include a mix of 14 one-bedroom units, 46 two-bedroom units, 25 three-bedroom units, and related facilities. Such housing project is to be initially owned and operated by Hudson Way LLC, an Idaho limited liability company authorized to conduct business in Idaho. Neither the State of Idaho nor any county, municipal corporation, quasi-municipal corporation, subdivision or agency of the State is obligated to pay the principal or interest on the IHFA Note. No local or state tax funds or revenue will be used to pay the principal or interest on the IHFA Note. This public hearing is required by the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
