NIC women win Invite

Madi Brown won the women’s individual title with a 84-78—162 and the NIC women also captured team honors at the Columbia Basin College Hawks Invitational at Horn Rapids Golf Course in Richland on Monday.
Luke Logan shot 73-77—150, good for a tie for second on the men’s side. The North Idaho men finished second, six shots behind Bellevue, after a pair of disqualifications after Sunday’s play at Canyon Lakes Golf Course in Kennewick. NIC coach Russell Grove is appealing the disqualifications of two of his golfers.
