The 32-year suspended sentence of a rapist convicted in 2007 was revoked on April 20 following multiple reports of parole violations.
James Pallone Heitman, 54, was sentenced in 2007 to 40 years in Montana State Prison, with 32 years suspended, for the rape of a 13-year-old girl.
Heitman admitted in Flathead County District Court to two violations filed by his probation officer, which stated he had consumed alcohol and was terminated from sex-offender treatment.
A disposition hearing has been scheduled for June 1.
