QUINCY — While the Cave B Inn has changed hands, previous owners Carol and Vince Bryan want the world to know they still own the winery and the vineyards and will still be growing grapes and bottling wine.

“We came to this property to grow grapes, and that’s our great love,” Carol Bryan said in an interview with the Columbia Basin Herald. “Everything should continue as it has been.”

The Bryans announced on Sunday that they sold the Cave B Inn — which includes Tendrils Restaurant, the Cliffehouses, Cavern rooms, yurts, and a spa on 32 acres — to Michael and Helen Yi but will continue to operate the winery, vineyards, the summer music theater, and several other projects they are currently developing on over 400 acres southwest of Quincy.

“We have so many things going on,” Bryan said. “But nothing is changing in regards to the vineyards and the winery.”

The sale price was not disclosed.

The Cave B Inn and Spa opened in the spring of 2005 with 30 rooms and a restaurant. The spa opened later that year, with catering for events added in 2006, a pool in 2007, and 25 yurts in 2010.

The Cave B Winery was established in 1980, and produces a full selection of wines.
