Local Justice Court cases seen in the Thompson Falls Court room by Judge Donald Strine this past week are as follows:

- - 37yr old Wayne Raymond Glase pleaded guilty to two charges of; Charge 1 Obstructing a Peace Officer or Other Public Servant M. Charge 2 Driving under the influence of Alcohol First Offense. Fines were applied for both charges, a total of $1460 to be paid. A credit for time served was also applied by the courts.

- 21yr old Shania Lynn Raymond was charged with Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone Speed Limit. She was clocked by Montana Highway Patrol going 76MPH in a 55MPH zone. She was ordered to pay a total of $95 to the courts for fines and costs.

- 26yr old Alyson Beth Robbins appeared before the courts charged with a Seatbelt Violation. She was fined $20

- 21yr old Kathrina T Kinne was charged with Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone Speed Limit. She was clocked by Sanders County Sheriff’s Office going 50MPH in a 35MPH zone. She was ordered to pay a total of $65 to the courts for fines and costs.

- 19yr old Carley Quinn Vonheeder was charged with Careless Driving by the Montana Highway Patrol. She was ordered to pay a total of $85 to the courts for fines and costs.

- 57yr old Nancy Karol Wickham was charged with Operating Without Liability Insurance in Effect-3rd or Subsequent Offense. She was found guilty by the courts and ordered to pay $335 in fines and costs to the court.

- 34yr old James Michael Borgmann pleaded guilty to three charges of; Charge 1 Seatbelt Violation. Charge 2 Operating Without Liability Insurance In Effect-3rd or Subsequent Offense. Charge 3 Operating With Expired Registration-Failure to Register. Fines were applied for both charges, a total of $545 to be paid.

- 21yr old Kaelan Mark Dreyer was charged with Careless Driving. He was fined $20

- 36yr old Ashley Ann Lohr was charged with Speeding On Non-Interstate-Exceed Day Limit Of 70MPH. She was clocked by Montana Highway Patrol doing 80MPH in a 70MPH zone. She was fined $20

- 31yr old Erika Marie Suni was charged with Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone Speed Limit. She was clocked by Montana Highway Patrol doing 40MPH in a 25MPH zone. She was fined $65

- 19yr old Daniel Kevin Byler was charged with Careless Driving by Montana Highway Patrol. He pleaded guilty and was fined $85 by the courts.

- 37yr old Kapuaokamakahala H Paiaina was charged with Fail To Follow Conditions And Requirements Of Special Permit by the Motor Carrier Services. She was ordered to pay $135 of fines and costs to the courts.

- 74yr oldWalter T Smith was charged with Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone Speed Limit. He was clocked by Montana Highway Patrol going 65MPH in a 55MPH zone. He was ordered to pay a total of $55 to the courts for fines and costs.

- 21yr old Justus Cole Goldston plead guilty to the charge of Theft-Obtain Or exerts Unauthorized Control Over Property-First Offense. He received a Deferred Imposition of Sentence and was ordered to pay $235.00 of fines and costs to courts.
