Pinkerton named

to UN-L dean’s list

Christian Pinkerton of Bonners Ferry has been named to the dean’s list at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the spring semester of the 2016-17 academic year.

Pinkerton, a senior physics major, was named to the dean’s list for the College of Arts and Sciences.

More than 4,400 students at Nebraska have been named to the dean’s list for the fall semester.

Qualification for the dean’s list varies among the eight undergraduate colleges. Listed below are the minimum requirements for each entity and the name of its respective dean or director. All qualifying grade-point averages are based on a four-point scale and a minimum of 12 or more graded semester hours. Students can be on the dean’s list for more than one college.

The local students listed below have been named to the dean’s list of distinction (dean’s list) or the dean’s honor roll (honor roll) in recognition of their outstanding scholarship for the 2016-17 academic year at the University of Northern Colorado.

For the dean’ slist, students must earn a 3.75-4.0 grade point average in any two terms of the year, and to be named to the honor roll, students must earn a 3.50-3.74 grade point average in any two terms of the year.

Named to the dean’s list of distinction from Bonner County is Lindsey Falciani of Sagle.

Paull earns spot

on CU dean’s list

Carson Paull, of Sandpoint was named to the dean’s list at Capital University for the spring 2017 semester.

In order to be named to the dean’s list, full-time, degree-seeking students must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.5.
