RATHDRUM — The fourth annual Taste of Rathdrum, a family event with no admission, will be held today at Majestic Park.

There will be a car show and kids' games from noon to 3 p.m. and a hot dog-eating contest at 3 p.m.

There will also be a barbecue cookoff, vendors and a beer garden.

The Kelly Hughes Band will perform country music from 6 to 9 p.m.

Not all of the activities are free. The park is at 5400 W. Majestic Ave.
