Four University of Idaho students from Libby receive scholarships

Four students from Libby were among more than 6,800 University of Idaho students awarded scholarships for the 2017/2018 academic year, the school announced Aug. 16.

The Libby students and their scholarships are:

Braydan Christian Thom: Academic Tuition Waiver, Discover Idaho Silver Scholarship

Cody James Barrick: Idaho Space Grant Consortium Internship, UI Merit Scholarship Award, National Merit Scholars — Western Undergradute Exchange Program, Presidential Scholarship

Gabriel Blake Peck: Discover Idaho Gold Scholarship

Nicholas A. Peterson: Academic Tuition Waiver, Alumni Association Scholarship, Discover Idaho Silver Scholarship

“These scholarships are a combination of merit, need-based and outstanding achievement awards,” a news release states.
