NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FEES AND RATES SAGLE VALLEY WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT The Board of Directors ("Board") of Sagle Valley Water and Sewer District ("District") will hold a public hearing on September 2, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the Bonner County Fair Grounds, University of Idaho Extension building, located at 4205 N Boyer Ave. Sandpoint, ID 83864 In accordance with Idaho Code § 63-1311A, the purpose of the public hearing is to take public comments regarding a proposed new fee and/or increases, in excess of five percent (5%) over the amount last collected, to the following fees or charges of the District: Water system access fee; water system user fee; new user annexation fee; capitalization fee; connection fees (based on location of the water main); account transfer fees; service turn-on fee; and tax lien filing fee.
