- HOLES IN ONE
Denny Webster of Dalton Gardens aced the 153-yard sixth hole at the Coeur d’Alene Golf Club on Aug. 24. He used a 7-iron for his third ace this summer.
Phillip Flexor of Nine Mile Falls, Wash., aced the 192-yard 16th hole at Circling Raven Golf Club on Aug. 26 with a 7-iron. It was his first career ace.
